Dried tomato pate

The main base of this pâté is dried tomatoes. Hence its bittersweet flavor that we like so much. To add a bit of freshness, we add herbs. And to give it texture: sunflower seeds. 

Rehydrated dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, spices, pink salt.
